Before pursuing her professional career in Clinical Psychology she studied International and Developmental Economics and lived in the United States, United Arab Emirates and other European countries where she worked in several corporations for over ten years. Her diverse educational and professional background has allowed her to deepen and further develop her profound understanding of each person’s journey toward self-awareness and the struggles they face through life within the context of their personal and professional relationships.
Trained in Time-Limited Psychotherapies and other clinical psychological approaches, her work has deep roots in Rational Emotional Behavioural Therapy, Emotional Focus Therapy and Positivism.
Her therapies are oriented to increase levels of perception at everyone’s pace and to overcome psycho-emotional struggles by learning to experience and process them as personal springs for change and wellbeing, meanwhile providing tools to improve their development in their personal and professional lives. She works on developing and expanding the positive and well-functioning attributes of the person.
