The clinical interviews, assessment reports and feedback sessions can help companies with selection processes, restructuring and internal placing.

We offer a variety of assessments including:
- The Hogan assessments: Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI), Hogan Development Survey (HDS) and the Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory (MVPI). The assessment includes a clinical interview with the client followed by the assessment session, a report including key interpretations and a feedback session. The Hogan assessments are available in many languages including Arabic, English, French, Chinese, & Russian. Please contact us if you wish to take the test in another language.
- Occupational Ability and Personality Testing (formerly known as levels A & B): by the British Psychological Society (UK): the Swift Comprehension Aptitude Assessment , Saville Consulting Wave Professional Styles (WAVE). The assessment includes administration, interpretation and provides a feedback report.
The Wave questionnaire is available in 28 languages other than English, with norm data generated for specific countries and occupational groups.
